Seat Reservation and Cancellation Policy – High Holidays

The purpose of this policy is to regulate seat reservations and cancellations, with the aim of maintaining proper order, fairness to all congregants, and optimal use of seating in the synagogue.

  • Seat Reservations
    A reservation will only take effect לאחר completion of payment or payment of a deposit, as determined by the committee.
  • Cancellation Deadline
    Reserved seats may be canceled up to one month before the 25th of Av, with a full refund.
  • Cancellations After the Deadline
    As of the 25th of Av, cancellations of reserved seats and refunds will no longer be possible.
  • Exceptional Cases
  • In the event of force majeure, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.
  • In cases of exceptional cancellation due to illness, the committee will decide at its discretion whether to grant no refund or a full or partial refund.

Policy Publication
This policy is published in advance for the congregation as part of the High Holidays seat reservation process, in order to prevent misunderstandings and ensure fair and transparent conduct.
